My stay was quite mixed; I loved the clean and modern setup of the hotel, with great amenities and secure access. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my time there. However, I experienced issues with noise from other rooms and encountered some problems with billing that left a sour taste. It's a good value overall, but be mindful of potential disturbances and billing questions.
I recently stayed at Woodspring Suites, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Christy at the front desk, made me feel so welcomed. The rooms were impressively clean and everything was taken care of promptly when I had an issue with the television. The fact that they accept pets is a major plus, and the surrounding area has plenty of space for walks. My only complaint would be a lingering odor in the room from previous occupants, but the staff quickly addressed my concerns. Overall, it was a great place to stay and really good value for the money.
My recent stay had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcomed, especially Brenda and Christy, who acted like family. However, I was disappointed with the condition of my room as the lock and remote were not functioning properly. I expected better maintenance and when issues arose, the management’s response was not ideal. The overall vibe of the place is warm and inviting, but the room experience left much to be desired.
